Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (MoCAFPD) on August 22, 2023, issued a notification regarding the maximum limit of the authorised share capital of the Meghalaya State Warehousing Corporation.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The maximum limit of the authorised share capital of the Meghalaya State Warehousing Corporation has been increased to ten crores of rupees, divided into ten lakhs shares of the face value of one hundred rupees each.
