Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Himachal Pradesh on August 21, 2023, notified Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Security Deposit) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2023

The following has been amended-

•In the table of Sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 5 of the said Regulations, the following sign and word shall be added in serial No. 1 (b), 2 (b) and 3 (b) under column Type of Category, namely;- “/EV Charging Stations”.
