Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Andhra Pradesh on August 21, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Clarification related to the Industrial Development Policy 2005- 2010, Industrial Development Policy 2010- 2015, Industrial Development Policy 2015- 2020, Industrial Development Policy 2020- 2023, Industrial Development Policy 2023, 2027.

The following has been clarified namely: -

•It states that the government shall allocate the funds for disbursement of the incentives under the schemes, and the incentives shall be released to individual enterprises as and when funds are made available as per the procedure.

• The disbursed shall be made on the integrated CFMS system based on the proceeding generated and when the funds are made available in the larger public interest in the circumstances the incentives shall be released on a priority basis subject to the availability of the funds 

a) Natural Calamities

b) MSMEs

c) Sick units, Certified by the banker and DIPC

d) Women Entrepreneurs 100% share of women Entrepreneurs

e) Projects going on for the expansion or diversification projected intended to invest over and above 50% of the cost of the original project and 50 %capacity enhancement over the original capacity.

• In the case of textile industries the pending sanctioned power cost incentives will be adjusted in future power bills while the incentives other than power cost reduced to all sectors can be paid in any mode with the approval of the government.
