Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Government of Gujarat on July 27, 2023, issued a notification to amend Notification No. No. (GHN-41) GST2017/S.11(l) (7)-TH dated June 30, 2017, regarding the exemption on the supply of services under the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In the Table, against serial number 19C, for the entry in column (3), the following entry shall be substituted: -

(3) “Satellite launch services.”
