The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on August 23, 2023, issued a circular regarding the application for review of various penalties levied by NSE Clearing Ltd. (NCL).
This circular supersedes the circular (NCL/CMPL/ 55133 dated January 05, 2023) issued by NCL.
The Clearing Members are hereby notified that for the various penalties that are levied by NCL, in the event of any discrepancy or clarification related to penalty or review of penalty, clearing members are advised to reach out to NCL within 7 working days from the date of penalty being made available, post which, no requests will be considered for review.
The provisions of this circular shall be effective with immediate effect.
