The Government of Andhra Pradesh on August 17, 2023, published the Public Procurement Policy- Make in India (PPP-MII) Order of Government Andhra Pradesh 2022
This shall come into force on August 17, 2023
The following has been stated namely: -
• The eligibility criteria have been stated
• It has laid down the provisions relating to the purchase preference
• The conditions related to margin of purchase preference have been stated
• The criteria for the verification of local content have been incorporated
• The action for non-compliance of the provisions of the order has been stated
