Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Government of West Bengal on August 10, 2023, amended an older notification No. 595-F.T., dated April 12, 2023, related to the revocation of cancellation of Registration under the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

The following has been stated: -

•In the said notification, for "June 30, 2023" the words, letters, and figures " August 31, 2023" shall be substituted. 

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from June 30, 2023.
