Secretarial Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on August 24, 2023, issued a notification to amend notification no. 11/14/2013-PR, dated March 02, 2015, related to the investment Guidelines for Non-Government Provident Funds.

The following amendment has been stated:

In Para 4 of the said notification, the following words shall be inserted – ‘sale/ redemption of investment in equities and related investments,’ after the words ‘Proceeds arising out of” and before the words ‘exercise of put option’.
