Finance & Taxation Compliance The Governemnt of Madhya Pradesh on August 18, 2023, issued the Madhya Pradesh Vriti Kar (Sanshodan) Adhiniyam, 2023 to further amend the Vriti Kar Adhiniyam, 1995.

This shall come into force in its publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette.

The following has been amended namely: -

• Rule 23 which states “Authority sanctioning prosecution” shall be omitted.

• Rule 24 which states “Order accepting composition money” shall be omitted.

• Rule 26 which states “Service of Notices” shall be omitted.
