Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Punjab on August 22, 2023, issued the Punjab Liquor License Fourth (Amendment) Rules, 2023 to further amend e Punjab Liquor License Rules, 1956.

The following has been amended: -

• Rule 36AA (26) which states “Procedure prescribed for the grant of liquor licences”

For the words and figures “upto 31st May, 2023”, the words and figures “upto 31st August, 2023” shall be substituted.

This shall come into force on April 01, 2023
