Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on August 25, 2023, issued the amendment to the second schedule of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In the Second Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, after Sl. No. 6B and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:

“10063010 – Rice, parboiled – 20%”

This shall come into force on August 25, 2023.
