Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 22, 2023, amended the Madhya Pradesh Municipal Corporation (Accounts and Finance) Rules, 2018.

The following has been amended: -

•Rule 251 which lays down the Financial Powers has been amended and The Financial Powers vested in the competent authorities are given.

•Rule 237 has been substituted it talks about the administrative approval.

•Rule 239 has been amended it talks about the financial powers of competent authorities.
