The Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority, (RERA, Odisha) on August 19, 2023, issued direction U/S 37 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and Odisha Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017.
After careful consideration of the proposal relating to the timeline for submission of Quarterly Progress Reports (QPR) and Annual Audit Certificates by the promoters in respect of their registered real estate projects, it has been pleased to approve as below:-
•For Financial Year 2022-23 the timeline for submission of Annual Audit Certificates by Promoters shall be October 31, 2023. For the backlog relating to previous Financial Years, the timeline shall also be 31 October 31, 2023.
•The timeline for submitting QPR by promoters both for the April-June quarter of the current Financial Year 2023-24 and for all backlog QPRS shall be October 15, 2023,
The above order shall come into force with immediate effect.
