The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) issued a notification regarding the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2023
The following has been stated namely: -
• This has a reference to the SEBI notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2023/149 dated August 23, 2023, regarding further amendment to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
• It states that All Listed companies are requested to take note and comply accordingly.
• The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2023 has been attached for reference.
