The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on August 30, 2023, issued a notification on Upstreaming of clients’ funds by Stock Brokers (SBs) / Clearing Members (CMs) to Clearing Corporations (CCs).
The following has been stated namely: -
• The “Reporting of collateral release reasons” will be provided on the Class Collateral module instead of uploading the Collateral release reason on the Member Extranet portal.
• Approved collateral released details for “Reporting of collateral release reasons” on Class Collateral Module shall be available
The same shall come into effect from September 01, 2023.
