class="MsoNormal" style=": normal; text-align: justify;">The Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MoCI) on August 29, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Revision of Fee payable to a Competent Person for inspection, testing, and certification.
The following has been stated: -
· Concerns regarding the existing fee structure related to fees payable to the competent person for statutory inspection, testing, and certification under the Petroleum Rules, 2002.
· In view of the above, licensees under the Petroleum Rules, 2002, and competent persons recognized under Petroleum Rules, 2002 are requested to send suggestions on the subject matter at the earliest.
