The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on September 06, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Use of the Insurance Module.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The field offices are requested to make full use of the Revenue Module prepared by ICT.
• All Revenue notices may be processed/issued online as per the existing provision.
• All the online activities will be captured in the online C-18 register, as per the new module, which will enable the concerned head of the office to monitor the Revenue action online to ensure that these are not becoming time-barred.
• The ROs/SROs will be enabled to take defaulter actions in a time-bound manner.
