The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) September 10, 2023, notified the Draft Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2023.
The following has been stated: -
•Notice is hereby given inviting comments/ suggestions/objections from the stakeholders and interested persons on the Draft Regulations on or before October 01, 2023.
These regulations shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
