This has a reference to the Exchange notice no. 20230830-63 dated August 30, 2023, on FATF Public Statement on jurisdictions on call for action and increased monitoring - June 2023 Plenary.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that all the members are required to update the actions taken by them in the prescribed format in electronic form on BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System). The module for submission is enabled at the following link:

• All members are advised to ensure compliance with the above requirement and submit FATF declaration in ELECTRONIC FORM ONLY through BEFS by September 27, 2023.
• It states that the declaration submitted by members shall be considered pending in case it is not stamped/physically signed on the letterhead of the organization or digitally signed by the Authorized signatory /Compliance Officer of the organization.
• A detailed procedure/user manual is enclosed as Annexure 1.
