The Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) on September 01, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Extension of validity of the project registration under Section 7 (3) of the Real Estate (R & D) Act, 2016.
The following has been stated: -
•After considering the practices being followed in other states, the existing practice of ORERA is hereby confirmed for grant of extension u/s 7(3) beyond one year with double the fees initially paid at the time of 1st application of the Act irrespective of number of years applied for extension.
