Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on September 13, 2023, issued a notification regarding the tracts in the States of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand specified in the Table as the tracts within which poppy may be cultivated on account of the Central Government during the opium crop year commencing from October 01, 2023, and ending on September 30, 2024.
