The Government of Rajasthan on September 12, 2023, issued a notification to amend notification no. F.4(2)Fl)/Tax/2023-26 dated February 10, 2023, regarding the Amnesty Scheme for concession up to 60% of stamp duty and 100% exemption of interest and penalty on the long pending demands.
The following amendment has been stated:
In table of the said notification, in column number 3, for the existing expression "(iii) If outstanding stamp duty is paid on or before September 30, 2023", wherever occurring, the expression "(iii) If outstanding stamp duty is paid on or before December 31, 2023" shall be substituted.
