Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Home Affairs on September 13, 2023, issued a notification regarding the enforcement date of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Amendment) Act, 2023.

The following has been stated: -

•The Registration of Births and Deaths (Amendment) Act, 2023, the Central Government hereby appoints October 01, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of the Act shall come into force.
