The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on September 14, 2023, issued a notification regarding the revision in fees/charges for Empanelled Vendors providing NNF facility.
The following has been stated namely: -
• A new category of charge of Rs. 5,000/- + applicable taxes per member is being introduced under the head “Active Member Registration Charges”. This shall be applicable to the empanelled vendors of the Exchange providing NNF facility.
• The empaneled members may note the following:
1. Annual charges of Rs. 5,000/- + applicable taxes per member shall be levies to the Empanelled vendor.
2. The charges proposed would be levied at a flat rate regardless of the number of days for which the facility has been availed by the member from the vendor. The illustration for the same has been stated in the notification
3. The new introduced would become applicable for F.Y 2024-2025 to Empaneled vendors and calculation for billing would be done in April 2025.
4. The revised structure has been stated in the notification and shall be applicable from April 01, 2024.
