The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on September 05, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Fire Safety Norms compliance/Fire NOC and Fire Safety Mock Drills to all ESIC/ESIS buildings like Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Dispensaries, Office Buildings, Staff Quarters, etc.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Fire safety compliance/Fire NOC and Fire Safety Mock Drills are to be conducted in all the ESIC/ESIS establishments by any Govt. Institutions/Central PSUs/State Govt. PSUs.
• It was directed to take necessary action for obtaining fire NOC in respect of ESIC/ESIS establishments.
• In this regard, all concerned may approach for carrying out the fire safety norms compliance/Fire NOC and Fire Safety Mock Drills of all ESIC/ESIS establishments in their jurisdiction and ATR will be forwarded to this office at the earliest.
