The Government of Chhattisgarh on September 15, 2023, issued a notification regarding the amendment to the Chhattisgarh Country Spirit Rules 1995
The following has been stated namely: -
• After Rule 3-C, Rule 3-D shall be inserted as follows namely: -
“3-D Procedure for granting license for manufacturing and bottling of country liquor”
• For Form CS- 1B a new form shall be substituted namely: -
“FORM CS 1-B License for manufacturing and bottling of country liquor license”
• After Form CS- 1B form CS- 1C shall be added namely: -
“FORM CS-IC License for manufacturing and special bottling of county liquor license”
