The Government of Tamil Nadu on September 06, 2023, issued a notification to amend Notification No. II(2)/LWSD/487/2022 dated June 22, 2022, related to the minimum rates of wages payable to the classes of employees in the Employment in Aerated Water Manufactory.
The following amendment has been stated:
In the said Notification, in the tabular column, under the heading, "Classes of Employees", under the sub-heading "Automatic Units:" in Serial Number (5), for "Foreman / Supervisor Boiler / Operator / Mechanic / Production Assistant", read "Foreman / Supervisor / Boiler Operator / Mechanic / Production Assistant."
