The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on September 12, 2023, issued an Operational Manual 2023 for Super Speciality and Speciality Services.
The Operational Manual for Specialty and Super-Specialty Services 2023 is a comprehensive guiding document covering the following areas:
• Eligibility Criteria
• Referral Procedures
• Processing of Bill Payments Referral Audit
• Empanelment Criteria
• High-Cost Treatment
The document is for guide purposes only. Care has been taken to ensure that the contents of the manual are accurate and up to date, following the prevailing guidelines. The Model Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) prepared is in accordance with the guidelines issued by GOI, among other sources. In the event of any conflict between the provisions stipulated in this manual and any of the original sources currently in effect, the provisions contained in the applicable laws shall prevail.
