class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Government of Chhattisgarh on September 08, 2023, issued a notification regarding charges of stamp duty
The following has been stated namely: -
· The maximum of rupees 2000/- is charged for stamp duty on the executed instruments, relating to conversion into landlord rights for allotment of Government land, Settlement of encroached land, and concessional/non-concessional permanent leases, for the urban areas.
· This notification shall come into force from September 08, 2023, and shall be effective till March 31, 2024.
