The Directorate General of Shipping (DGS) on September 21, 2023, issued the draft Guidance on “To the Satisfaction of Administration” in IMO Convention for comments
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the Directorate has addressed the stated requirement of guidance “to the satisfaction of the Administration” in the Agreement with Recognized Organization.
• The following annexures have been attached to this MSN detail the guidance on the implementation of requirements that contain references “to the satisfaction of the Administration” or “to be specified by the Administration:
i. SOLAS 1974, as amended
ii. International Convention on Load Lines, 1966, as amended
iii. MARPOL 1973/78, as amended
