Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemical and Fertilizer (MoCF) on September 27, 2023, issued the Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023 to further amend the Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Order 2022.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In the Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2) which states the date of enforcement, the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —

“(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of April, 2024”

This shall come into force on September 27, 2023
