The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC) on September 25, 2023, issued a notification inviting suggestions and objections of the Public and Stakeholders on proposed amendments in “Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Generation, Transmission, Wheeling and Retail Supply Tariff) Regulations, 2022” and “Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005”.
The following has been stated: -
•The Comments/suggestions/objections must reach the undersigned within 21 days of the publication of the notice.
•The Commission will hold a Public Hearing in this connection on October 25, 2023.Persons/organizations interested in presenting their views on the matter before the Commission are invited to participate.
