The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on September 29, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Change in timings for Early pay-in and Collateral release.
This has reference to circular no. NCL/CMPT/57378 dated June 30, 2023, regarding ‘Change in timings for Early pay-in and Collateral release
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the NSE Clearing shall permit clearing members to request for Cash/FDR/BG to be released on an immediate basis till 7:00 pm on October 06, 2023.
• It states that the collateral allocation window shall remain open till 10:00 p.m. on October 06, 2023.
• It shall endeavor to release Cash/ FDR/ BG within one hour of the request received from the clearing member on an immediate basis on October 06, 2023, subject to collateral available for release post necessary margin checks
• The revised Change in timings for Early pay-in and Collateral release has been attached to the document for reference.
