The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on September 29, 2023, issued a notification regarding the appointment of day for the Integrated Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2023.

The Central Government hereby appoints October 01, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act, shall come into force.
