Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on September 29, 2023, issued a notification to amend Notification No. 04/2022-Central Excise, dated June 30, 2022, to increase the Special Additional Excise Duty on the export of Diesel.

This notification shall come into force on September 30, 2023.

The following amendment has been stated namely: -
