Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 29, 2023, issued the Update on Nomination for Mutual Fund Unit Holders.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The current deadline for updating of Nomination or Opt-out of Nomination for Existing folios has been extended.

• Freezing of folios, shall come into force with effect from January 01, 2024 instead of September 30, 2023.
