Secretarial Compliance The Securities and Exchange Board (SEBI) on September 30, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Extension of the timeline for verification of market rumors by listed entities

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that it has been decided to extend the effective date of implementation of the proviso to regulation 30(11) of the regulations of 100 listed entities by market capitalization, to February 01, 2024, and for the top 250 listed entities by market capitalization, to August 01, 2024.
