The Government of Delhi on September 29, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Renewal of Licenses in the form of L-17/L-17F, L-18/L-18F, L-19/L-19F & L-20/L-20F for the period of October 01, 2023, to March 03, 2023
The following has been stated namely: -
• It has been decided to renew all existing L17/L-17F, L-18/L-18F, L19/L-119F & L-20/L2OF for the period w.e.f. October 01, 2023, to March 03, 2023, on payment of proportionate license fee on or before October 05, 2023, for the said period subject to the following conditions namely:
(i) All the licenses of L17/L17F, L-18/L-18F, L19/L-19F & L-20/L-20F, are hereby directed to submit their application for renewal of license online by accessing their account in the ESCIMS portal through their I.D. and password along with the applicable license renewal for the period w.e.f. October 01, 2023, to March 03, 2024, by providing requisite information and payment of renewal license fee on or before October 05, 2023
(ii) The Licensee should ensure that the licensed premises remain in his legal possession during the currency of license as required under section 13 (1) (f) of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009
(iii)It further states that as per Notification No. F.12(4)/Fin(Rev-I)/15-16/dsvi/587 dated July 22, 2015, issued by the Finance Department, GNCT of Delhi to increase license fees at the rate of 10 % per annum and accordingly the revised license fee for the period October 01, 2023, to March 03, 2024, will be levied on a proportionate basis for the period of 6 months on the fee structure in the Table.
