The Government of Haryana on September 27, 2023, issued a notification on the date of enforcement of certain provisions of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2023.
The following dates have been appointed:
• October 01, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3 to 6, 8 to 15, 22 to 25, and clause (b) of section 26 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2023, shall come into force;
• August 01, 2023, is the date on which the provisions of sections 16 to 21 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2023, shall come into force.
