The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 04, 2023, notified regarding the submission of Audited Net Worth Certificate, Auditor’s Report & Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended on March 31, 2023.
The attention of Clearing Members is drawn to the submission of the Annual returns for the financial year ended on March 31, 2023, latest by October 31, 2023.
The Clearing Members are required to upload the necessary documents online through the Electronic Filing system (IEFS). The path for submission of the Annual return is as below:
