The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 05, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Periodic submission of System Audit Reports for Vendors providing Co-Location as a Service (CaaS) facility
This is in continuation to Exchange circular number NSE/MSD/57389 dated June 30, 2023, CaaS vendors are required to submit Half Yearly System Audit Report to the Exchange as per timelines and terms of reference specified
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the CaaS vendors may refer to the TOR (attached as Annexure) and submit the Half-yearly System Audit Report to the Exchange as per the timelines namely: -
• For the period – April 01, 2023, to September 30, 2023, the Timeline for submission is on or before November 30, 2023
• It states that the report shall be submitted within the timelines on [email protected], to avoid any penal/disciplinary action, as prescribed by the Exchange from time to time.
