The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 05, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Submission of Half Yearly Net Worth Certificate as on September 30, 2023, for the financial year 2023-2024.
The Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby requested to submit Net worth Certificate & Computation of Net worth as on September 30, 2023, as per formats prescribed (as applicable) latest by November 30, 2023.
Further, the members who have availed margin trading facility have to submit the net worth certificate and Computation of Net worth on or before October 31, 2023. It may be noted that no additional time shall be provided for submission of Net worth certificate beyond the due dates.
The Submissions of Net Worth Certificate & Computation of Net worth are required to be made online in electronic format through BSE Portal (BEFS: BSE Electronic Filing System) by October 31, 2023 by members who have availed margin trading facility and other members by November 30, 2023.
