The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 6, 2023, issued a notification regarding the ODIN Software for BSE Commodity Derivatives segment.
The Exchange shall offer ODIN Software for Commodity Derivatives Segment to members who are active in the Commodity Derivatives Segment of BSE effective October 7, 2023.
Members desirous of availing ODIN software for BSE Commodity Derivatives may apply for the same through BEFS Portal.
The following specific conditions have been stated:
The total number of ODIN licenses available under this program is limited.
• Members who are active in the BSE Commodity Derivatives Segment and have availed requisite software approvals would be eligible for ODIN - Dealer Terminal, Diet, Aero and Wave.
• On review of application, communication regarding acceptance or rejection would be sent to the member through BEFS Portal.
• The above services shall not include any other software or hardware costs. Any incremental and incidental cost incurred during the life of the license will be borne by the member.
• BSE reserves the right to withdraw the issued services from members in case of non-usage or mala fide intentions of the member.
• BSE reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel the above licenses at any given point of time without any requirement of prior notice.
• BSE does not guarantee or solicit any vendor or software performance. Any trading-related or other risks arising out of usage of the said software shall be the sole responsibility of the member.
