The Government of Odisha on September 30, 2023, issued a notification to amend notification no. 22279- FIN-CTI-TAX-0005/2023, dated August 07, 2023, related to the special procedure to be followed by a registered person engaged in the manufacturing of certain goods.
The following amendment has been stated:
• In the said notification, after the words "hereby notifies the following special procedure to be followed" and before the words "by a registered person", the words and figures" with effect from January 01, 2024" shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have been inserted with effect from July 31, 2023.
