The Government of Delhi on September 29, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Renewal of License in the form of L-11 for period w.e.f. October 01, 2023, to March 31, 2024, on payment of proportionate license fee on or before October 05, 2023, for the said period subject to the following conditions-
a.All the licenses of L-11, are hereby directed to submit their application for renewal of license online by accessing their account in the ESCIMS portal through their I.D and password along with the applicable license renewal for the period w.e.f01.10.2023 to March 31, 2024, by providing requisite information and payment of renewal license fee on or before October 05, 2023.
b.The Licensee should ensure that the licensed premises remain in his legal possession during the currency of license as required under section 13 (1) Delhi Excise Act 2009.
