The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 03, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Submission of Annual Returns for the Financial year 2022-23.
Submission for Inventory of Assets will be required to be done prior to submission of Annual Returns on the ENIT portal.
In case of non-submission of Annual Return for the financial year 2022-23, within the due date, disciplinary actions shall be initiated by the Exchange as stipulated in Circular Ref No. NSE/INSP/53530 dated September 2, 2022. Members are required to take note of the above and submit the Annual Returns on or before October 31, 2023.
