IIBX issued a notification regarding Modification in the Daily Price Limit (DPL) for products traded in T+0 Contracts

Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe India International Bullion Exchange (IFSC) (IIBX) on October 04, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Modification in Daily Price Limit (DPL) for products traded in T+0 Contracts.

As an enhanced surveillance measure and to mitigate unwarranted errors,  IIBX has decided to modify the initial slab of the price band for products traded under T+0 contracts from 6% to 3%  with immediate effect.

The DPL shall have three slabs as mentioned in the table above. Once the trade hits the prescribed initial slab, the DPL shall be relaxed further by the 1st Enhanced Slab without any cooling-off period in the trading. In case, the 1st Enhanced Slab is also breached, then after a cooling off period of 15 minutes, the DPL shall be further relaxed by the 2nd Enhanced Slab.
