The Government of Odisha on September 30, 2023, amended an older notification No. 21514-FIN-CT1-TAX-0005/2023, dated August 01, 2023, related to the rate of the state tax on intra-state supplies of goods.
The following has been stated: -
•In Schedule IV- after Serial number 227 and the entries related thereto, the following Serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely: -
227A which talks about the Specified actionable claim.
•Serial numbers 228 and 229 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
This notification shall come into force on October 01, 2023.
