Finance & Taxation Compliance The Excise and Taxation Department, Haryana on September 30, 2023, issued an amendment to the Notification No. 132/ST-2, dated November 22, 2023.

The following has been stated namely: -

After the words and figures “composition levy under section 10 of the said Act”, the words and figures, “other than the registered person making the supply of specified actionable claims as defined in clause (102A) of section 2 of the said Act”.

This shall be inserted with effect from October 01, 2023.
