The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) on October 05, 2023, issued the Revised Penalties/disciplinary action(s)/charges for the System Audit Report and Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Report related submissions.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The revised framework of penalties/disciplinary actions(s) with respect to any delay or non-submission of Preliminary Audit Report, Action Taken Report (ATR) and/or Follow-on audit report are stipulated in Table- A has been inserted in the notification.
• Table-B which states the Penalty/Disciplinary action for the Non-closure of observations reported in the System Audit Report & Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit Report has been inserted.
• The provisions of this circular shall be applicable from the System Audit and Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit Report submissions for half year ended September 2023 and onwards.
